Payment is due when details are confirmed. You will receive an email 24 hours after confirmation and payment will be due upon receipt.
Credit card and Zelle are accepted.
Set-up will either be the night before or early morning hours the day of request.
Pick up will be in the evening hours between 7pm - 9pm.
If delivery requires a specific time due to being a surprise, please let us know during the booking process!
If you must cancel your reservation, 48 hours notice is required for a full refund. If you cancel 24 hours prior to setup, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your package price as a refund or you may leave the full package price as a credit for a future date, based on availability.
If inclement weather prohibits the set up, a full refund will be provided.
Inclement weather includes: lightening, thunderstorms, hurricanes, tornado warnings, floods, heavy rain, high winds.
Refunds will NOT be provided based on the following:
